Dulal Sarker is an urban planner and early career researcher who has developed an interest for studying Environmental Science and Management, Urban Planning and  Application of GIS and Remote Sensing in Urban planning and Management   issues . He seeks to understand the relationship between unplanned urban growth and the environmental sustainability of cities from a universal, inclusive perspective as a researcher and practitioner. At Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET), Bangladesh, Mr. Sarker began his career as an academician in 2019. From there, he progressed through the academic ranks to reach his current position. From the Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET), he received his BURP degree in urban planning and University Gold Medal RUET awarded by President Abdul Hamid in 2019 for excellent Results in undergraduate level.

1. Project Title: Exploring the Reasons of Waterlogging Problem in Rajshahi City Corporation and Develop Community Based Proposals to Mitigate the Increasing Waterlogging Problem through Participatory Approach.
