Md. Robiul Islam (Member, IEEE) is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechatronics Engineering, Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET). He has completed his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering degree from RUET in 2012. Currently he is pursuing his M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from RUET. After completing graduation, He joined as Assistant Engineer (Operation and Maintenance) in Bashundhara Industrial Complex Ltd (BICL), Narayanganj from 19 November 2013 to 21 January 2015. Thereafter he joined as Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Bangladesh Army University of Science and Technology (BAUST). He worked there about 03 Years 06 Months and 29 Days. He served as Assistant Proctor of BAUST. His research interests include Mechatronics systems design, Wind turbine aerodynamics, Machine learning and renewable energy.
